Terms and Conditions for Viewpoint Hub
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Viewpoint Hub’s services, including booking corporate team-building days and engaging in equine-assisted learning programmes. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Viewpoint Hub offers bespoke corporate team-building events and equine-assisted learning programmes designed to enhance leadership skills, teamwork, and personal development. These services may include horse interactions, outdoor activities, coaching sessions, and related experiences.
3. Booking and Reservations
a. Booking Process: To book a corporate team-building day at Viewpoint Hub, you must complete the booking form available on our website or contact us directly via phone or email.
b. Payment: All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or deposit, as specified during the booking process. Full payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.
c. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
4. Client Responsibilities
a. Health and Safety: Participants must inform Viewpoint Hub of any medical conditions, disabilities, or allergies that may affect their ability to safely engage in the activities.
b. Liability: Viewpoint Hub is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the actions or negligence of participants. All participants engage in activities at their own risk.
c. Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their time at Viewpoint Hub. Viewpoint Hub reserves the right to remove any participant from activities due to inappropriate behaviour without refund.
5. Equine-Assisted Learning
a. Horse Interaction: Participants will interact with horses as part of the equine-assisted learning programmes. Viewpoint Hub staff will provide guidance and supervision during these activities.
b. Risks: Although all necessary precautions are taken, interaction with horses involves inherent risks, and participants must follow all safety instructions. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
6. Photography and Media
Viewpoint Hub may take photographs or videos during events for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants grant permission for their image to be used in Viewpoint Hub’s marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website, and printed collateral.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
a. Personal Data: We collect personal information (such as name, contact details, and payment information) for booking purposes. This information will be used solely for the provision of services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. Data Security: Viewpoint Hub will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure.
8. Force Majeure
Viewpoint Hub is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
9. Liability
a. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Viewpoint Hub, its employees, contractors, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your participation in any activities at Viewpoint Hub.
b. Limitation of Liability: Viewpoint Hub’s total liability for any event or claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific event or service in question.
10. Changes to Terms
Viewpoint Hub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Food & Beverage
Catering Services: All food and beverage provided at Viewpoint Hub, including lunches and refreshments, are prepared by our independent chef. We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to ensure quality and satisfaction.
Dietary Requirements: Guests are responsible for informing Viewpoint Hub of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific preferences at least 7 days before the event. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
External Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises without prior written consent from Viewpoint Hub.
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is not provided at Viewpoint Hub, but guests may choose to visit The Plough, our recommended local pub, after their event. Alcohol consumed at The Plough or any other external venue is the sole responsibility of the individual.
Food Service Liability: Viewpoint Hub is not liable for any adverse reactions to food or beverages consumed on-site if dietary information was not provided within the specified timeframe.
